item will be waived if a guest returns to
the Hotel within 30 days and pays the
normal rate for at least one night's
stay.
The fee will be waived for the guests if
the items will be left for a few hours
before check in or after check out.
Guests assume all risks of damage, loss
or theft. The Hotel will not be
responsible for any damage, loss or theft
of any item. Guests are responsible for
securely locking any item to be stored.
No food, perishable items, fragile items
or valuable items may be stored. The Hotel
may immediaately discard without notice to
guest any item that leaks, has an unusaul
odor, or appears to pose a health or
safety issue.

All the guest rooms are no-smoking
rooms.
Please smoke outside the building.
We will charge $300 per day for cleaning
if we find enoguh evidence that you smoked
in the rooms.
